Brett Kareokowsky is locally-known chef who has owned many restaurants and has worked in several well-known dining establishments.  He has recently moved to Slidell from his hometown of Lafitte.  He is now bringing his award-winning New Orleans cuisine to the Northshore.

Brett is a father of three, a high school football coach and a mentor to many young athletes.  He has a driving philosophy of "whatever is in your fridge, will become the most delicious meal you have ever tasted."

He is very experienced in preparing all cuisine and has won several competitions, including a finalist in Master Chef with Gordan Ramsey.
